We are back from Bangkok safe and sound. : )
The trip was fulfilling, we bought tons of stuff at a very cheap price.
My cousin was the ultimate winner (spender) and with him and my sister around, the trip was quite fun.
The night before, my cousin came over and the three of us did not sleep.
We took a Maxi cab at 4.30am and reached the airport Terminal One.

Note: We have only one trolley of luggage when we depart.


Our Jetstar flight departs at 7.10am Singapore Time.
The seats were very cramp but for a budget ride, no choice.

We were quite shock when we first saw our hotel because it was really different from the photos we saw from the website.

It is really a budget hotel (only 8 levels)...
When you enter the lobby, it is the restaurant already.


BUT... To our surprise, the rooms and hotel are really cosy, comfortable and clean.
This is the first hotel that my sister and I could sleep immediately when we are on our beds.
Their service are up to standard and the free breakfast (from 7 choices, not buffet type) they provide everyday is really nice.

If we ever go to Bangkok again, that would be our hotel choice for sure. : )

Chatuchak Weekend Market (Also known as the J.J Market or Jatujak Market)
Operating Hours/Days: 9am to 6pm Friday to Sunday
How to get there: Take BTS (skytrain) to Mochit station or Subway (MRT) to Chatuchak Park Station
The market is damn BIG and crowded which means it is super duper warm.
Seriously I nearly fainted because it is too warm, tired and frustrating to walk in there.
We were lost all the while when we are there. LOL. "-_-
But that is the best shopping place for me because the things are very cheap and nice.
I bought 88% of my stuff there. : )



Platinam Wholesale Fashion Mall (5 minutes taxi ride from my hotel)
The things here are only cheap when you buy it at wholesale price (minimum 3 pieces) and they will not allow you to slash price when you buy only one item unlike when you are at Chatuchak.

But when you are here, you must try the food at the food court at the last level.
The food there are pretty good and cheap. : )
Note: They use the marche way of paying things.

Siam Paragon's Bowling and KTV place (Beside it's cineplex)
Our last night there we actually wanted to watch a movie, but the price of the tickets are a little too steep.
So we went to this huge and beautiful place for bowling.
This place has a DJ and he plays clubbing songs (woohoo~) and the whole place is just like a club.
My sister, cousin and I even ask the DJ to play songs that we want to listen. : )
I asked him to play my favorite clubbing song - Let's get loud by J.Lo, and he did a pretty cool remix on it.
